District Service Projects Committee

The District Service Projects committee provides guidance and expertise to the clubs so they can excel at these Avenues of Service; Community, Vocational and International. Each Avenue of Service is represented by a subcommittee which works directly with their club counterparts. The Service Projects committee can assist clubs plan and implement successful service projects or serve as a resource of ideas and guidance to clubs.

The Community Service Subcommittee works closely with clubs, providing assistance and guidance on their local community service projects.


Vocational Service Chair:  Don Harris (Lake Mary)

The Vocational Service subcommittee works directly with clubs providing assistance and guidance on effective service projects which involve the vocations of the members or the exchange of vocational information or services to others, including high school students


International Service Chair:  Bernardo Ramirez (Celebration)

The International Service subcommittee works closely with the clubs assisting them with their International Service efforts. This committee’s expertise with the many challenges clubs face with International Service projects is important to the clubs. This committee can also work closely with the clubs with their club “twinning” efforts and with the administration of TRF Humanitarian Matching Grants
